You're doing well.

So why doesn't it feel that way?

You check your bank balance and it looks fine. You have savings, you're investing, you're across your finances. Objectively, you're doing everything right.

But there's this quiet hum of anxiety that never really switches off. You hit a goal and instead of celebrating, you've already moved the goalposts. You compare yourself to peers, to people you don't even know, and somehow always come up short. You lie awake thinking about money, not because you're in trouble, but because it never feels enough.

And somewhere along the way, you stopped asking what the money is even for. What would it actually mean to enjoy it? To feel free? Instead, more just became the answer: more savings, more investments, more milestones, without ever stopping to feel the joy of what you've already built.

And the hardest part? You feel like you shouldn't feel this way. From the outside everything looks fine. So you carry it quietly, wondering if this is just what life feels like when you're ambitious.

It doesn't have to be.

You've already done what everyone recommends.

And it still didn't fix the feeling.

Maybe you’ve worked with a
Financial adviser

They helped you build a solid plan. But they couldn't explain why you still felt anxious despite the growing portfolio. Because their job is to grow your wealth, not explore why more money never makes you feel safer.

Maybe you've tried
Therapy

It helped in many ways. But money has its own language, its own patterns, its own deeply personal stories. And those need someone who understands both worlds.

Maybe you've read and listened
Books & podcasts

You've read them all and tried the systems. And still, something was quietly missing from the picture.

Money coaching, and specifically what I do at Aurea, bridges that gap. I look at the stories, beliefs, and patterns behind your numbers. Because the goal isn't just a healthier bank balance. It's a life where money finally feels like what it was always meant to be: a source of freedom, joy, and possibility.

The journey to a different relationship with money

Phase
01
Understanding your money story

We start by exploring your history with money, your patterns, your triggers, and the moments that shaped how you feel about it today. You'll move from feeling anxious and overwhelmed, to feeling understood and heard.

Phase
02
Finding your path forward

Using what we uncover, we identify the money archetypes driving your behaviour and define small, meaningful actions tailored specifically to you, not a generic formula. You'll feel clarity and validation, finally an explanation for why you've felt the way you have, and a path forward that actually makes sense for who you are.

Phase
03
Doing the deeper work

This is where the real shift happens. We release the limiting beliefs, build sustainable financial habits, and begin reshaping your relationship with money from the inside out. You'll start to feel genuine hope and relief, like something that felt permanent is finally beginning to change.

Phase
04
Becoming someone who enjoys money

We consolidate your new patterns and anchor a new identity around money, one where financial responsibility and joy can coexist, and where money becomes a genuine source of freedom and possibility in your life. You'll feel confident and content, with a relationship with money that finally works for you.

Hi, I'm Angelica

Smiling Aurea

For most of my adult life, I did everything right with money. I tracked every cent in a spreadsheet. I saved, I invested, I hit my goals.
From the outside, my finances looked great.
But on the inside, it never felt like enough.

I grew up hearing that money could run out at any moment, and that message became the lens through which I saw everything. No matter how much I saved or earned, the fear never left.
I didn’t celebrate wins because I was already focused on the next milestone. I compared myself to everyone. My bank balance and my self-worth had become the same thing.

I was financially stable and emotionally exhausted.
It wasn't until I started money coaching that I explored the stories and beliefs I'd carried since childhood, and things began to shift.
Not just how I managed money, but how I felt about it. For the first time, money started to feel less like a threat and more like a tool for the life I actually wanted.

That experience is why I became a Certified Money Coach myself. I'm also a CPA with a background in corporate finance, which means I understand the practical side of money. But I know from my own life that spreadsheets alone can't fix the feeling.

At Aurea, I bring both worlds together - the financial literacy and the inner work - so you don't have to choose between being responsible with money and actually enjoying it.

Working with Angelica was a thoughtful and eye-opening experience that helped me shift how I relate to money. I learned to be more at ease with giving and using money in ways that reflect my values, rather than just managing or accumulating it. Her approach also helped me understand the mindset behind my financial decisions and created systems that felt both practical and sustainable. The process also helped me clarify how my finances could support what I want to do next in my career and create more freedom and flexibility rather than limitation. I now see money as something that can enable choice and alignment, not just security.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS)

1. What is a money coach and how is that different from a financial advisor?
Arrow Down

A financial advisor manages your money: investments, super/retirement funds, tax strategy. A money coach works on your relationship with money: the habits, beliefs, and feelings that shape what you do (or avoid doing) with it. Many clients have both, for different reasons.

2. I already earn a good income, why would I need a money coach?
Arrow Down

Because income and peace of mind aren't the same thing. A lot of high-achieving professionals feel financially behind despite doing everything right on paper. Coaching isn't about slowing down your ambition, it's about keeping the drive that got you here while finally feeling steady and in control of what you've built.

3. Is this therapy?
Arrow Down

No. We do look at your money history, because understanding where your habits and beliefs came from is part of changing them, but the focus stays practical and forward-moving. We're building a different relationship with money, not processing the past for its own sake.

4. How many sessions will I need before I see a difference?
Arrow Down

That depends on where you're starting from, but most clients notice a shift in how money feels well before every habit has changed. We'll talk about what a realistic timeline looks like for you on our first call.

5. Is everything I share confidential?
Arrow Down

Yes, completely.

6. Do you manage my money or investments for me?
Arrow Down

No. I'm a coach, not a financial planner or wealth manager. My CPA background means I understand the technical side of money, but my role here is helping you change how you relate to it, not manage it on your behalf.

7. Is the first conversation really free?
Arrow Down

Yes, no cost, no obligation. It's a chance to see if working together makes sense, for both of us.
